django-for-runners_ynh/conf/install_python.py
Jens Diemer addb20f7ea Audo update install_python.py from manageprojects via tests if needed.
The source of `install_python.py` is part of `manageprojects` package.
Add a unittest, that will auto update the file if it's updated in upstream.
