new versions of ynh_local_curl and ynh_handle_getopts_args

included in _common.sh as

* flohmarkt_ynh_handle_getopts_args and
* flohmarkt_ynh_local_curl

to be tested.

Added some simple debugging sub to easily switch on and off my debugging output.
