testing v0.3.3~ynh2 (#26)

Browse source 
* in some case "db_user" doesn't exist, trying to fix that

* added config-path arg to cli commands to make it work properly

* fix typo while verifying db_user is empty

* bump version

* Auto-update README

* added an indication that the GTS is in alpha during installation
