Patch Gemfile to fix blurhash and ox packages

These packages were having issues with newer versions of gem. They
have been fixed, but the fixes are yet to be incorporated into a
new release. So until then, we can use this patch to get the latest
(fixed) versions of `blurhash` and `ox` directly from their git
repos.
