Upgrade to 0.1.5 and improve package (#22)

* upgrade to upstream 0.1.5

* Update upgrade
* add weights upgrade

* Update manifest.json

* Update remove
* actually erase whatsappbot data in synapse_db

* Update restore
* use stored password in restore


* Update backup
* do not restart service in backup

* add ffmpeg
