Pagure, a git centered forge for YunoHost

Due to the usage of RemoteCollection, Pagure can't be use on Debian 8, please use Debian 9 branch of YunoHost: https://github.com/YunoHost/yunohost/tree/stretch

This package was only tested with package_check + VM, _do not try to install it on a production system_ without knowing what you do.
