PGPBack : OpenPGP keys backup for Rainloop

PGPBack has been tested with Chrome. It enables the following:

Set the local OpenPGP keys from the server

Backup the local OpenPGP keys onto the server

Clear the local OpenPGP keys (for security reasons)
