* remove UPGRADE_FULL
* rename DOWNGRADE_FORCED -> DOWNGRADE
* rename UPGRADE_FORCED -> UPGRADE_SAME
* keep the helper ynh_check_app_version_changed behaviour for reverse compatibility.
