Have a look to the following config files for Unattended-upgrades

• /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50unattended-upgrades
• /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/02periodic

And this one for Apticron

• /etc/apticron/apticron.conf With its cron file
• /etc/cron.d/apticron
